Modular Houses

Thinking of space, materials and colors in harmony with the rainforest, we offer to plan and participate in the design of the following models of houses:

Moreover, according to your needs, you will have many additional architectural elements that will complement the home of your dreams.

These models are only a postponement of Huilo Huilo. You can design and build the house you want, provided it complies with the regulations.

Program

We propose a flexible program from a Base Module, which are concentrated and circulation facilities to optimize resources.In the latter three types can be added and dining room, with one, two or three bedrooms, depending on requirements. All models feature an attic floor, which allows use of space under roof, considerably increasing the surface without much additional cost. This allows you to extend your house with space for children, visits, games room, desk, shop or be. Footage from 180 m2 to 250 m2 including Mansarda.

Module Base (first floor plant)

It proposes an architecture of houses in the woods around a base module, which will concentrate circulation and facilities, saving space and resources.This allows the design around it, 9 different models of homes, combining the three models with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms.

This module is in use, chances of a kitchen and master bathroom, a secondary bathroom visitay in the case of a bedroom, walking closet or cellar.

Optional Elements

Railings and Balconies

Different designs of railings and balconies, natural wood tables with figures springs flora and fauna of the forest, can give a special atmosphere to these elements.

Scale and Steps

Scale was designed in natural wood, which introduces the woods to the house, with its bark, knots and branches, giving style and identity of the place.

Terraces

We propose additional bedroom terraces, access, and dining room with summer barbecue, planters and seating perimeter will be screened according to the topography.

Service module

It was considered a carport, cellar and bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette, in addition to the house.

Suspension Bridge

Natural Jacuzzi

Materiality

Alternatives are carefully chosen materials and construction elements, in harmony with nature, which allow you to enjoy sun, rain or snow the Forest environment.

Walls

The exterior walls with pine siding and Rodon overlapping treaty or natural wood with rustic edge, defining a very personal style of the forest in harmony with their environment.The natural pine interior, gives clarity to the space, creating a cozy atmosphere and warm in nature.

Roofing

The dimensions of beams, columns and roof structure of exposed wood, allow generous space with spectacular views of the surroundings, with oak tile roof, which blends with the landscape.

Eaves

Generous overhangs, which protectrain in the winter and summer sun, generating spaces between access and terraces.

Flats

The pine floors polished and satin, give clarity and warmth to the spaces, allowing easy and efficient cleaning.

Windows and Bow-Windows

The combination of fixed glass openings, which are real wood tables, wood doors, windows, bow-windows and PVC windows in damp, allow optimization of resources, incorporatingndo elements, insulation and efficient for the reality of the place.

Doors

Natural wood doors or carved with motifs of forest, define the openings of the interior spaces and access, with a very personal nature of the environment.

Facilities

The water and sewerage project includes the installation of a septic sewage treatment, to protect the natural environment. The electrical system considers the implementation of a generator, according to project requirements.The kitchen is considered with spaces for washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and American Inn, to optimize its use.

Additional elements

• Heating: according to your choice, you can implement a central heating system with radiators or stoves Bosca smoldering type, allowing a warm in winter.
• Fireplace: this was a volcanic stone fireplace, with special thermal properties, very attractive to the family room.It can also be considered the alternative of a metal chimney, according to your choice.
• Wood stove, the house considered a space for firewood, which can be implemented with heated water, in addition to the traditional system, gas cooking and water heater.
