Integrated Spaces:

At a minimum square meters of houses a number of functions, allowing a wide range of spaces. For example: access, circulation, dining room and kitchen form a single space, diversified and integratednd at a time. The double height mansard allows integrated with balcony over the living room, which gives a wider space both on the ground floor as his superiors.

Flexible Spaces:

The master bedroom suite can be used as leaving the en-suite bathroom to the bedroom or bath bookcase to be used by other users. The planet will be the option of eventually separating an area at night, making it aditional bethroom.

The attic could be used as a space:

  • a bathroom and two bedrooms.
  • bathroom, bedroom and a games room, studio or workshop.
  • a single open space for various uses.

The attic can be integrated into the ground or closed, independent, giving greater privacy to the upper spaces.

Spaces related to the environment:

The octagonal design of the house allows a large ratio con the outside, looking all around it and integrating it within a diversity of visions. The high windows are designed in mind to appreciate the full extent of forest, looking up the trees and sky, transforming the house into a true viewpoint of nature.

Materiality

Alternatives are carefully chosen materials and construction elements, in harmony with nature.

Walls:

Exterior walls with overlapping native wood (or Coigüe Mañío) with rustic songs that define a very personal style of the forest.The natural pine interior walls give clarity to the space, creating a cozy atmosphere and warm.

Roofing

Large beams, pillars and wooden roof structures that allow the light spacious with oak shingles cover that blends with the landscape.

Eaves:

Generous overhangs, which protect from the rain in the winter and summer sun, creating intermediate spaces around the house.

Floors:

The pine floors polished and satin, give clarity and warmth to the interior, allowing easy and efficient cleaning.

Windows and Bow-Windows

We propose a combination of windows with fixed glass, which are real wood tables, doors, windows and wooden bow-windows.In addition, pvc windows in damp rooms.

Doors:

The doors are natural wood (the door can be carved with trees).

Facilities:

The water and sewerage project includes the installation of a septic sewage treatment, to protect the natural environment.The electrical system considers the implementation of a generator, according to project requirements. The kitchen includes space for washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator and American Inn, to optimize its use.

Additional items:

  • Heating: You can implement a central heating system with radiators or stoves Bosca smoldering type.
  • Chimney: Metal, iron or copper.
  • Kitchen: A wood-fired water heater, as well as traditional cooking gas and water heater.
